GYM FLOOR FAQ

Life and Soul At The Mayfair is a 24:7 Health Club, allowing all Members to train around the clock at a time that suits them. Our Gym floor and pilates studio are open 24/7, but our wellness area is only open for bookings within staffed hours.

We have Personal Trainers and Gym Instructors who are here to work with you to set you up on a training program and to ensure you are confident in how to use the equipment to benefit your training.

A comfortable, loose fitting top (along with a firm fitting bra or sports top) with tights or shorts along with comfortable sandshoes and socks.  It is important that you wear good sandshoes – we recommend to have your shoe ‘fitted’ for the gym for optimal comfort.

Please always remember to bring a towel, water bottle and earphones!

Yes!  We hold various challenges throughout the year, all aimed to increase motivation and refresh health and wellness goals.  Two of our main challenges are RESET (at the beginning of the year) and our Annual Christmas Cracker Challenge (end of year), designed to get you feeling good and in shape for the festive season.
