Soul Beginner

Our entry-level class is designed for those brand new to the reformer or who have only participated in a few classes. We’ll give you an understanding of how the Reformer works and an introduction to the movement patterns. Join us for a few of these classes to build your base reformer strength before you join our general Soul Reformer class.

Our general class is designed for those with some reformer experience. Our classes will challenge your strength and balance.  Instructors will teach exercises through a layered approached offering modifications and progressions to cater for all attendees.

Stretch and flow

Stretching is more than you think! In this mobility focused class, you’ll move your body in ways that increase flexibility and range while still supporting the joints. Stretching involves strengthening as well as lengthening, so as you flow through 50 minutes of feel good moves you will leave class feeling stronger, more spacious, and generally more chill.

Pilates 1 on 1 Sessions

Looking to take your Pilates practice to the next level? We’re now offering private 1 on 1 Pilates sessions with our experienced instructors. Whether you’re new to Pilates, working through an injury, or simply want extra guidance to perfect your technique, these tailored sessions are designed to support your personal goals.

GYM FLOOR PILATES FAQ

Yes – all sessions, including virtual sessions, require that you book.

Loose fitting top (with a firm bra or sports top), tights and Pilates socks **these provide you with ‘grip’ and can be purchased at reception.  Please remember to bring a towel, water bottle and ear phones (for Virtual Pilates only).

The type of Pilates session best suited to you will depend on your specific injury. Our Pilates instructors and Mayfair staff are here to help—speak with them to determine the most appropriate class for your needs.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so we can discuss any injuries and your goals for the sessions. Don’t forget to bring Pilates socks, or you can purchase a pair from our retail store.
